TERMS OF SALE

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 11, 2025

OPEN ACCOUNTS: Approval for open account credit is contingent upon the submission of a signed Camco credit application, a satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet rating, and three satisfactory credit references. Approval is required for all accounts to ensure effective partnership management and strategic alignment with channel partners.

TERMS OF SALE: Net 30 days.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment to be made by ACH or check. Credit card payments may only be accepted through Camco’s website, PayPal, or with a signed authorization form on file. A processing fee may apply. We cannot accept credit card information verbally or through e-mail.
MINIMUM ORDER: $2000.00 NET

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE: Prepaid freight on orders of $3500.00 Net or more from Greensboro, NC or Las Vegas, NV with the following exceptions:

Canada: freight prepaid on orders of $7500 Net or more.
Hazardous Materials will be charged $20 Hazmat fee per carton.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. Camco will ONLY sell/ship full case quantities.

CANCELLING ORDERS: Camco reserves the right to cancel backorders on freight sensitive products and/or orders if a customer cannot wait for a single complete shipment.

PAST DUE BALANCES: Past due balances must be cleared before new orders are shipped. Unearned deductions are not allowed and will remain an open balance. A $35 service fee will be applied to your account for all returned checks.

RESELLER POLICY: Reseller Agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions in CAMCO North America Reseller Policy, including being prohibited to sell CAMCO products online without written approval from CAMCO.

RETURNS: A return goods authorization number (RGA #) must be obtained from an authorized CAMCO representative or personnel of CAMCO Manufacturing, LLC. to return any merchandise. All returns due to Camco error must be made within 10 days after shipment and must include RGA #. All merchandise must be shipped to CAMCO “PREPAID.” Merchandise shipped in error by CAMCO will be allowed full credit and return freight cost. Returned merchandise must be received by CAMCO in the same condition as when shipped by CAMCO or no credit will be given. Only merchandise purchased directly from CAMCO will be accepted for credit. Merchandise returned for credit due to any reason other than CAMCO error will be considered on an exception basis and if approved, must be returned prepaid within 30 days and will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee.

CLAIMS: All claims for loss, shortages, or damages must be filed with the carrier within 7 days after delivery. Claims filed after 7 days are subject to denial. Notify CAMCO of any loss, shortage, or damage within 7 days. In case of shortage or visible damage, request the transport carrier to write a notation of the shortage or damage on your freight or express bill and sign the bill. In case of hidden damage, call the carrier within 24 hours after delivery and request an inspection report. Hold the merchandise, cartons and packing slip for their examination. The customer will need to contact Camco and place a new order if the product is needed and it will be shipped and invoiced. Any reimbursement from the carrier for the original shipment can be credited to the original invoice upon the customer’s request and any balance remaining is the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTIES: CAMCO Manufacturing, LLC. “CAMCO” warrants to the original consumer “PURCHASER” of all new CAMCO consumer products that the same will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to one year from the date of purchase from any authorized CAMCO seller. Any product that proves defective may be returned to CAMCO at the address given below or to the place of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in removal and reinstallation of the product and must prepay shipment to CAMCO or place of purchase. CAMCO or its authorized agent will repair or replace the product at no charge and pay return shipping costs to the Purchaser. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. CAMCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is expressly given in lieu of all other written or oral warranties and representatives. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
